The City Balcony is located between the Xishui Fourth and Third Bridges, on the south bank of the river, covering over 35,000 square meters. Its main features include an open-air fountain light show, a dream-fulfilling water curtain sculpture, a landscaped plaza, and a waterfront platform. With its simple, elegant, and diverse landscape, it serves as a window into Xishui's future.

The fountain, meticulously crafted by the Optimum Show Fountain team, has become another popular online photo-op attraction, a new landmark in Xishui and the eye of the city.

Design Concept: Dream-filled lights are installed above the "Dream Fulfilling" sculpture. The shimmering water reflects people's beautiful aspirations. The "White Lotus Blossoms" light and water feature and the "Blooming Flowers and Full Moon" light sculpture complement each other beautifully. The water-shaped lights change in rhythm with the music, illuminating the past and present of Xishui County and imbuing the beautiful meaning of "when the flowers bloom and the moon is full, dreams come true." The fountain design elements include: 1. Chasing the wind and waves; 2. Rolling in wealth; 3. Magical wonderland; 4. Brilliant as the stars; 5. Flowing light. The fountain has a total of 600 nozzles. The use of running fountains and cold mist nozzles is combined with a 12-meter-high stainless steel sculpture and smart LED lights to create a dynamic fountain water show.
